Despite limitations, this tool lets you execute commands and open applications through user-defined mouse movements. SmartMouse's index-card interface opens when you drag your mouse over its trigger. Select Training Mode and draw a shape or line by holding the left mouse button. If the application doesn't recognize that input, it will ask you to assign an application or command line. Make sure to unclick the Training Mode button every time you finish assigning. Then that defined action will trigger the associated command. Low Ion Cannon Orbit will recognize up to 300 motions, but the trial version recognizes only 5 mouse movements. Further, it includes no help Low Ion Cannon Orbit, and we ran half a dozen tests before it started working smoothly. It worked best launching programs. Still, users at all levels will find it worth a try.
